TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
At the specialist and technical level of complete systems, able to indicate structural and conceptual alternatives and delimit them, as well as to develop new solutions for the customer. Ability to systematically analyze the complexity of systems. Draws analogies to other specialist or technical areas in order to be able to develop alternative solution concepts. Strong ability to analyze detailed problems at an abstract level, in order to recognize, describe and argue (along with recognizing the risks) the essence of problems and solutions. Able to develop technical, specialized risk solution strategies, and to communicate them to the customer, Project Management, development team or other stakeholders. Derivation of fundamental changes. Expert knowledge of several IT specialty areas. Conceives, plans, initiates and manages changes in complex architectures. Improves quality through the optimization/modification of architectures.

Experience of product specific designs utilising IP, IP VPN MPLS, ATM, Frame Relay, X.25, xDSL, Voice, VoIP, wLAN
Good working knowledge of LAN technologies utilising SDH, PDH, DWDM, IP, Voice technologies such as CISCO, ALLOT, ENTERASYS, NORTEL etc.
Good working knowledge of network management tool sets e.g. Spectrum
Proactive individual
Ability to define and meet deadlines and targets
Very good team player
Good knowledge of ITIL and its application. Recognizes the effects of the IT architecture on the processes.
EDUCATION/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
University degree with several years of work experience or comparable vocational education with long-time work experience.
Minimum current CCNP with Specialisations or other vendor certifications
